Course Modules
Level 1: Fundamentals of Gynecologic Laparoscopy
- OR setup, ergonomics, and camera navigation (guided & unguided)
- Diagnostic laparoscopy and pelvic anatomical orientation
- Tubal patency testing and early endometriosis identification
- Laparoscopic sterilization techniques and basic uterine vessel coagulation
- Ectopic pregnancy management (salpingotomy/salpingectomy)
- Basic adnexal surgery and ovarian cystectomy
- Hemostasis and ovarian artery bleeding control
- Intraoperative safety and basic complication management
Level 2: Advanced Gynecologic Procedures
- Pelvic adhesiolysis and endometriosis dissection
- Total laparoscopic hysterectomy – core surgical steps
- Vesicouterine fold and ligament dissection
- Laparoscopic myomectomy techniques
- Advanced resection, clipping, and bleeding control
- Complication recognition and conversion decision-making
- Ureteric identification and protection
Level 3: Advanced & Radical Gynecologic Laparoscopy
- Retroperitoneal anatomy and pelvic sidewall dissection
- Radical and complex hysterectomy simulation
- Advanced vascular control and crisis management
