Eligibility Criteria
- Licensed medical graduates (MBBS or equivalent) with valid institutional or national registration
- Surgical residents, fellows, or practicing surgeons seeking structured laparoscopic skill enhancement
- Priority is given to residents and early-career surgeons, with practicing surgeons also eligible
- Basic knowledge of laparoscopic principles is preferred
- Prior exposure to laparoscopic surgery (assisting or observation) is desirable but not mandatory
