Course Overview

This advanced Cadaveric Foot and Ankle Workshop is designed to provide comprehensive training in the diagnosis and surgical management of complex foot and ankle disorders. The curriculum covers key pathologies such as ligament instability, flatfoot deformity, post-traumatic arthritis, and neuromuscular imbalance, while offering participants hands-on experience in advanced procedures including ankle arthroscopy, lateral and deltoid ligament reconstruction, calcaneal osteotomy, tendon transfer, and ankle arthrodesis.

The workshop also focuses on reconstructive strategies for flatfoot correction and foot-drop management. Through expert-led cadaveric demonstrations and guided practical sessions, participants will develop proficiency in arthroscopic portal placement, ligament and tendon reconstruction, corrective osteotomies, and joint fusion techniques. Conducted in a focused one-day format with limited participant intake, the program ensures personalized mentorship, enhanced surgical confidence, refined technical skills, and practical knowledge that can be directly applied in clinical practice.
