GLOBAL SURGICAL INSTITUTE (GSI)

Thank you for choosing Global Surgical Institute (GSI) . We are committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on workshops and educational programs . Please read our refund and postponement policy carefully before registering .

1. General Policy
  • Workshop registrations are subject to the refund and postponement terms outlined below .
  • By registering for a workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy .
2. Refund Eligibility
  • Cancellation made 15 days or more before the workshop date: eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee .
  • Cancellation made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop date: eligible for a 20% refund of the registration fee .
  • Cancellation made within 2 days of the workshop date, or failure to attend (no-show): no refund will be provided .
3. Cancellation Requests
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Global Surgical Institute team .
  • The effective cancellation date will be the date on which the written request is received .
4. Postponement Policy
  • Workshop registrations are non-transferable and cannot be postponed to a future workshop or batch once confirmed (Terms and Conditions apply) .
  • Postponement requests will be considered only in genuine emergencies, such as a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, and are reviewed solely at GSI's discretion . Supporting documentation may be required, and approval is not guaranteed .
5. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited through the original mode of payment .
  • Any applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes, or transaction fees may be deducted from the refundable amount .
6. Workshop Rescheduling or Cancellation by GSI
  • Global Surgical Institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, faculty unavailability, or force majeure events .
  • In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop .
